Flexibility and willingly changing your plans to fit the
needs of students. Allowing them to draw to music and share their
thoughts worked best for them and it really worked.

I think EVERYTHING worked!

Can I go to ALL the music PDs
What new ideas do you have?
Maybe next year students can play their
pieces, record it, then read their reflection piece over the recording
so it is all media based...no live performance. This would be good for
students that are shy and do not like to present in front of people.
They will still get to share their work at the assembly but in a
different way, also it will cause for less keyboard malfunctions.
